Chenway Ventures Inc. (“Chenway,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Hermes WhatsApp Assistant (the “Service”). This policy applies to information handled when you message or otherwise interact with the Service through WhatsApp.

• WhatsApp account information: your phone number or WhatsApp identifier, profile name, and account-related identifiers.
• Conversation content: messages, attachments, voice notes, images, documents, and information you choose to provide.
• Message and service data: message IDs, timestamps, delivery status, interaction history, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Support information: details you provide when requesting assistance, correction, access, or deletion.

Please do not send sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.

• receive, understand, and respond to your WhatsApp messages;
• provide requested assistance and maintain conversation continuity;
• operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Service;
• prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and technical failures;

4. Automated and AI-assisted processing

The Service uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence service providers, to analyze message content and generate responses. Do not rely on the Service for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions. You may request human review by contacting us.

5. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

• Meta and WhatsApp, which deliver messages under their own terms and privacy policies;
• technology and AI service providers that host, process, secure, or support the Service on our behalf;
• professional advisers or authorities when required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or protection of legal rights;
• a successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and support records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Conversation history and operational logs may remain in our systems until deleted under our retention practices or in response to a valid deletion request. Backup copies may persist temporarily before routine deletion.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or object to certain processing. You may also stop using the Service or block the WhatsApp business account at any time.

10. Children
